Gentle enough to use on a regular base to ward away those nasty fleas and ticks that love them so much.
After researching, trial and error....we have come up with

Ingredients:
Aqua, Oat milk ( made naturally by soaking whole oats in water and steeping ) Coconut oil, Palm oil, Neem oil, Sweet almond oil, Castor oil, Jojoba oil, sodium hydroxide ( lye ), colloidal oatmeal, Lavender essential oil.
No color or fragrance added.
